Vermont Gas serves over 50,000 customers in northern Vermont from its South Burlington headquarters. FFF helped the company transform its dark and dated building to better serve its varied workforce.

The completely redesigned space meets the needs of multiple groups: managerial and administrative employees, call center operators, service crews, and maintenance staff. Previously closed spaces were opened up for more efficient use of existing space and to encourage collaboration as part of a company-led change management process. The open-office design includes several private meeting rooms and a large conference room overlooking the main entrance. The client chose a palette of bright hues to complement the company’s branding efforts and give the office a modern look.
