Freeman French Freeman either added or upgraded multiple student amenities at Stearns Hall as part of a top-to-bottom renovation of the four-story student center at the Vermont State University Johnson campus.

The center’s 350-seat dining hall received a complete makeover with a new staircase and warmer, more inviting furnishings and finishes. The existing food service operations were updated with a new servery and more options to reflect changes in student food preferences.

The renovation also added several new spaces including a café, radio station, fireside lounge, games room, multi-purpose nightclub and sound stage, and multiple offices for student groups and quiet study
