Freeman French Freeman has partnered with Bullrock Corporation to complete multiple projects in recent years, including this 36-unit apartment building in Stowe, Vermont.

Located just minutes from Stowe Mountain Resort, Mountain Haus Phase II features a mix of one- and two-bedroom rental units on three floors.

Each unit features a full kitchen, one or two baths, and a washer and dryer. An ancillary storage building provides room for bicycles and outdoor equipment.

The Nordic-themed building includes many environmentally sensitive features including a recycled barnwood exterior, high-efficiency fixtures, and a mini-split heat pump system for heating and cooling.
