Freeman French Freeman partnered with the renowned hospitality concept and design firm RoseBernard Studio of San Francisco to re-envision the primary kitchen and flagship restaurants at Stowe Mountain Resort in Stowe, Vermont.
The new kitchen features an additional 15 feet of cook line, reconfigured access to the dining areas, and an expanded display kitchen that provides diners an elevated culinary experience. The kitchen also serves as the center for room service and Spruce Peak Village catering.
Front-of-house, two new high-concept eateries, Alpine Hall and The Tipsy Trout, capture the true spirit of mountain living. Both feature expanded server stations, enlarged seating areas, new bars and multiple food service options.
Finishes, lighting and furnishings were updated throughout, and new millwork screens open up previously closed walls to provide additional light and ambiance.
