UVM Medical Center

The project scope at Fletcher Allen Health Care included a new Ambulatory Care Center (ACC), a four-story below grade parking structure, patient/public education center, new central physical plant, renovations to existing buildings, and temporary renovations to accommodate construction.

FFF’s role included coordination of all civil/landscape site work and campus relocation/renovation projects, all demolition projects (five buildings on site), the design of the new, 64,000 sf central plant/materials handling facility, core/shell design of the new mental health facility, and the complete renovation of the historic Mary Fletcher building.
