USDA Milk Lab

The United States Department of Agriculture, in conjunction with Federal Milk Order Number One headquartered in Boston, selected Freeman French Freeman to fit-up a new, highly sensitive laboratory to perform operational and standards testing for milk produced on New England farms.
The new facility was designed in partnership with USDA scientists, who were heavily involved in the project from start to finish. The laboratory tests thousands of milk samples every week and includes two process lab rooms, a cold room, and new office and meeting space.
