Schluter Systems

Freeman French Freeman serves as the LEED consultant for Schluter Systems, Inc., a global leader in installation systems for tile and stone. FFF has provided LEED certification services for both its warehouse addition and manufacturing facility expansion projects.

FFF worked with the owner and construction team to document sustainable features along multiple criteria including site selection, water efficiency, energy use, construction materials, indoor environmental quality, and stormwater design.

Schluter’s warehouse facility earned LEED Gold certification in 2014. Their new manufacturing facility was LEED Certified in 2020.
