Freeman French Freeman helped transform an aging Sheraton Hotel into a new DoubleTree by Hilton in South Burlington, Vermont.  FFF worked closely with the hotel’s new ownership team to refurbish guest rooms and public spaces to meet the DoubleTree’s exacting brand standards.

Outside, a new brick exterior and thermal upgrades to the building envelope add a new level of sophistication and environmental sustainability.

Inside, our team renovated most public areas with an emphasis on business services. This included a 40,000 square-foot renovation of the hotel conference center as well as a refreshed main lobby, guest registration desk, and grab-n-go convenience store. Room upgrades include updated bathrooms for 311 guest rooms and top-to-bottom renovations of the hotel’s luxury suites.

The DoubleTree by Hilton South Burlington is one of Vermont’s largest hotels with a full-service conference center, two restaurants, an on-site fitness center, indoor pool, and other traveler amenities.
